How to place order?
1. Choose what you want with quantity in the cart. 2. Check out,imput your shipping information and complete your order ,then we will know what you want to buy. 3. We will do invoice file for you and contact with you on WHATSAPP to confirm the list (like size, color or other issues) 4. After all confirmed, we will send our PayPal account or Western Union to you to make payment. 5. Sometimes shortage may happen because we do wholesale business, the inventory are changing very fast. But we will confirm with you before shipping. You may change to other models, or keep credit for next order, or refund. 6. At last we will arrange shipping by Fedex, and send tracking number to you to track your order.
About shipping time Generally, it usually takes about 3 working days to prepare your order, depending on the number of products included in the order! Shipping time for Fedex is usually about 7-10 days.If there is a big shopping festival, the shipping time will be longer.
About cargo’s safe issue The risk of been hold by customs is about 1-2%.Nobody can promise 100% safe shipping.If unfortunately we have this problem, we will refund 50% of products value (exclude the shipping fee).You may ask for refund or continue shopping with this money.
Can I make changes to or cancel my order? If order have not been sent to forwarder, you may change or cancel it. If order have been sent to forwarder but not send to Fedex, cancel fee is $50. Once tracking number available that means order have been sent out. It can’t be changed or cancel.
How do I return an item? We usually don’t accept return items because it is hard to import these products.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do? We are sorry to hear your order arrived damaged ! We can’t always control how our items are handled during the shipping process. Please message us as soon as possible so we can help out !
How to deal with defect products? Everyone may make mistake. As we do wholesale business, all products from factory directly, we have good inspection before shipping. But if you received defect products, no matter damaged during shipping or from factory. We will help you to resolve the problem and do not let you lose money. First,give instruction to you to repair them. Second, if you does not affect sales, we may give you discount for the product. Third, if the you can’t sell with the defect products (like stones off,scratched, ect).We will send replacement with next order or refund.
